Worst Dog Owner? Poll Judges Paris Hilton Harshly

Paris Hilton has been named the world's worst dog owner - ever.

The sexy socialite, famed for owning a menagerie of pets, reportedly topped an online poll conducted by the magazines 'New York Dog' and 'Hollywood Dog'.

I'm not sure if this is a very good poll. I think she's the most famous inept pet owner. But really, the pets belonging to stupid rich people fare much better than most poor people's pets.

Some of the people with money than brains who subscribe to 'Hollywood Dog' probably get fashionable dogs that were born at a puppy mill.
