Paris Hilton has bought herself two new puppies to celebrate being awarded the title of world's worst dog owner.

I have a argument to make in favor of Paris Hilton's pet hoarding. To Paris, these animals are just attention getting accessories. When she's not dragging them out to that drive that's named after an event where animals are mistreated, these animals are well cared for by well paid professionals. It stands to reason that the more pets she has, the less frequently they will be clutched to her boney chest while she stocks up on $75 thongs.
